Payout policy

Predictable, monthly, on the 15th

No quarterly delays. No "wait for the chargeback window." All commissions earned on subscriptions invoiced and collected in a given month are paid out on the 15th of the following month.

Example cycle

June activity → July 15 payout

  • Every subscription invoice paid by your referred shops between June 1 and June 30 earns commission.
  • Commission totals are calculated on July 1 and visible in your partner dashboard.
  • Payment is issued on July 15 via ACH (US) or wire / international ACH (international partners).
  • Minimum payout threshold: $100 USD. Below threshold carries forward to the next month.

  • All Tier 1 workforce subscription seats (Express, Academy, Specialist, Advisor)
  • All Tier 2 operator subscriptions (Leader, Financial, Manager Resources)
  • Forensic X-Ray engagements (15% one-time per engagement)
  • Next Dealer Academy enrollments (one-time bonus, terms in partner agreement)
  • Multi-rooftop enterprise contracts (custom commission tier — contact partner manager)

What\'s not

  • Refunds and chargebacks are deducted from current month\'s commission balance
  • Existing FixedIntel customers (account must originate from your referral link or attribution)
  • Your own organization\'s subscriptions
  • Trial-only accounts that never convert to paid
